Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once Jalila has received your deposit and sent written confirmation by email. Until that point, no reservation is held.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Full payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans change.
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@jalilahotel.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your email.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 11am. If you are arriving outside standard hours, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Minimum Stay
Jalila has a minimum stay of five nights.
House Rules
We ask all guests to treat the space, the staff, and the neighbourhood with care. Jalila is a small property in a residential community. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if conduct is seriously disruptive or disrespectful.
Liability
Jalila takes reasonable care to ensure your stay is safe and comfortable. We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, local conditions, or guest negligence.
Privacy
Guest information collected at the time of booking is used solely to manage your reservation and communicate with you about your stay. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by Egyptian law.
